What costs money in KM Hub: your monthly allowance vs pay-as-you-go

Your KM Hub plan includes a monthly AI allowance, and most day-to-day work draws on that allowance rather than costing anything extra. Whatever goes beyond it runs pay-as-you-go. The Usage tab in Settings shows exactly where every cent goes, feature by feature, so you are never guessing what a month will cost.

Open your usage page

1. Click Settings (the gear at the bottom of the left rail).
2. In the Settings sidebar, look for Billing & Money and open the Usage tab.

The monthly AI credit bar

At the top of the Usage tab, the AI usage this month progress bar compares what you have used against the credit included with your plan. The bar changes color to keep you ahead of surprises:

• Normal: you are comfortably within your included credit.
• Warning at 80%: you have used most of this month's allowance - a good moment to decide whether to allow extra usage.
• Red: AI is currently blocked. See the article "'AI is paused' - why it happens and how to turn it back on" in this folder for the quick fix.

See the cost of every feature

Below the bar, the This month by feature table breaks your month down line by line, with the number of uses and the cost for each feature. You will see rows such as:

• AI writing
• Chat
• Lead reading
• Image generation
• Transcription
• Lead finding

Nothing is bundled into a mystery total. If a feature cost you money this month, it has its own row, its own count, and its own dollar figure.

Allowance vs pay-as-you-go: the three stats

The Your usage this month stats put the two sides of the picture next to each other:

• AI used: what you have drawn from the monthly allowance included with your plan.
• Fuel used: pay-as-you-go work billed from your wallet this month.
• Wallet balance: what is currently left in your prepaid wallet.

If your account is coaching-comped

If your KM Hub subscription is included with a coaching program, a banner on the Usage tab says so: AI is included for you, and the usage numbers are shown purely so you can see the value you are getting. You are not billed for the usage listed there.
