Design Studio and Graphic Designer: branded designs with a review loop

Modified on Sat, 11 Jul at 10:29 AM

Creative Studio has two design tools, and they solve different problems. Design Studio makes a single finished asset from a template plus your brand inputs - fast and predictable. Graphic Designer composes multi-slide projects like carousels and runs them through a review loop where you approve or request changes. Both live under Marketing > Creative Studio, as tabs along the top of the page.

Design Studio: template-driven branded designs

Pick a template, add your brand and copy, and the AI designs the finished asset. Everything you make is saved in your designs gallery.

  1. Choose a template. Options include Social Post (square 1:1 feed graphic), Story / Reel (vertical 9:16 background), Event Flyer (portrait printable flyer with hero, details, and a CTA), Web Banner (wide 16:9 header), Announcement (square celebratory card), and Quote Card (square editorial quote or testimonial card).
  2. Enter your brand name and, optionally, your brand colors - for example "teal #0FB5BA + warm cream".
  3. Write the headline. These are the big words on the design. Add a body line for the smaller supporting words if you want one.
  4. Add art direction (optional). Anything specific, like "show a pastel balloon arch, golden-hour light, festive but elegant".
  5. Pick an image engine (Auto uses the best available) and click Generate design. The result shows in the latest design preview and is saved to Your designs.

Graphic Designer: multi-slide projects with approval built in

Graphic Designer composes a multi-slide carousel from a topic, or gives you an honest AI design review of an existing design. It is the tool to use when the deliverable has several slides and you want a say before it counts as done.

Briefing a carousel

  1. Enter a topic or angle, for example "5 mistakes couples make when booking a wedding DJ".
  2. Set the slide count and add your brand name, optional brand colors, and optional audience.
  3. Add extra direction if you like, such as "keep it punchy, end with a booking CTA". You can also include a reference link so the designer has something concrete to match.
  4. Pick the slide size (for example Portrait 4:5 / 9:16 for feed plus stories) and the image engine. A checkbox lets you render a background image for each slide, using your Image Studio engine.
  5. Click Compose carousel. The project appears in Your projects below.

The review loop

Each project moves through clear review states: Awaiting review when the slides are ready for your eyes, then Approved or Changes requested depending on what you decide. When you request changes, use the feedback fields - what is working well and your overall notes - so the next pass fixes the right things instead of starting over. Your projects list keeps every project and its current state in one place.

Which one do I need?

  • Design Studio - one asset, one pass: a flyer, banner, or social post you need now.
  • Graphic Designer - multi-slide work or anything you want to review and approve before calling it final.
