The Work Board: review, edit, and approve everything the AI writes

Modified on Sat, 11 Jul at 9:33 AM

The Work Board is the one place where everything your AI team writes waits for your go-ahead. Scout outreach, sequence steps, manual drafts, content - it all lands here first, grouped by what it needs from you. Nothing goes out until you approve it.

Open the Work Board

Go to Sales in the left sidebar and pick Approval Queue. Use the Refresh button anytime to pull in the latest drafts.

The Work Board in KM Hub. When a scout, a sequence, or a manual draft generates outreach, it lands here for your approval before anything sends.

How the board is organized

  • Waiting on you - always first and visually accented. These drafts need your review.
  • Approved, sending soon - approved drafts waiting for their send time.
  • Sent and Cancelled - collapsible lanes that keep your history without cluttering the view.
  • Content - pending carousels sit in their own lane above the outreach lanes.
  • On autopilot - a collapsible lane showing everything an autopilot policy approved and sent without review, so you always see what went out on its own.

Review a draft

  1. Read the card. Badges show the channel (Email, LinkedIn, or WhatsApp-SMS) and the status (Awaiting review, Approved, Scheduled, Sent, or Cancelled).
  2. Click Edit to change the subject and body right on the card, then Save (or Cancel to discard your edits).
  3. Click Approve to schedule it, or Cancel if it shouldn't go out. Cancelled drafts aren't lost - a Reopen button brings them back.

The Approve split button: three scopes

The Approve button has a dropdown with three levels of trust:

  • Approve this email only - the default. Just this one message.
  • Approve + autopilot this conversation - future drafts in this specific conversation send without review.
  • Approve + autopilot the whole sequence - a confirm dialog warns you that every waiting and future draft in the sequence, including drafts for leads enrolled later, will send without review. Confirming releases all the waiting drafts. You can revoke this anytime in Settings under Autopilot.

When approved messages actually send

Approved drafts are picked up by a periodic sweep once they are due - nothing fires the instant you click Approve, so you always have a moment to change your mind. And none of this sends at all until your organization is live: while you are in Test mode, approved drafts wait in the queue. See "My follow-up emails aren't sending" in this folder for the go-live switch.

The trust-ramp nudge

If you approve 10 drafts in a row without editing any of them, a banner suggests putting that work on autopilot so you can stop rubber-stamping. It is only a suggestion - click Dismiss to keep reviewing everything yourself.
