The Evaluations page turns your post-event feedback into numbers and quotes you can actually use: an overall star average per evaluation form, a breakdown per question, and every piece of written feedback collected in one list - ready to pull as testimonials for your website and marketing.
Where to find it
Open Evaluations from the main menu. The page is a read-only roll-up: it aggregates the responses your clients have already submitted, so there's nothing to configure here - just insights to read.

What you'll see
- Overall average per form: each evaluation form gets a headline star rating averaged across all of its star-rating questions and all submissions. This is your at-a-glance satisfaction score.
- Per-question averages: below the headline number, every star-rating question shows its own average. This is where patterns emerge - maybe "How was the music?" is at 4.9 stars while "How was the setup process?" sits at 4.2, telling you exactly what to improve.
- Collected feedback: every written answer from your evaluation forms is listed together. These are your testimonials in the clients' own words - scan the list, copy the best ones, and use them in proposals, on your website, or in social posts.
How evaluations get collected
Evaluations are built with the same Planning Forms builder you use for pre-event planning:
- Go to Planning Forms and create a new form with the type Evaluation (post-event).
- Add Star rating questions for the things you want scored (overall experience, communication, performance, value).
- Add one or two open text questions such as "Anything you'd like to share about your experience?" - these become the written feedback that shows up here.
- Mark the form Active and send clients the public link after their event.
As submissions come in, the Evaluations page updates automatically - each new response is folded into the per-question and overall averages.
Getting the most out of it
- Send the link soon after the event, while the experience is fresh. Response rates and detail both drop quickly with time.
- Keep the form short. A handful of star questions plus one open text question gets far more completions than a long survey.
- Check per-question averages monthly. The overall number tells you how you're doing; the per-question breakdown tells you why.
- Harvest testimonials regularly. The feedback list is a growing library of social proof - a five-star quote from a real client is the best marketing copy you'll ever get.
