Your whole crew lives on one page: the team roster. From here you can add performers, drag the cards into the order you like, see who is available at a glance, and email anyone in one click. And because no two businesses call their people the same thing, you can rename the whole section to DJs, Talent, or anything you want.
Find your roster
Open hub.kivimedia.co/?page=employees. The page label follows your organization's terminology, so it might say Employees, Team Members, DJs, or Talent - it is the same page either way.

Add a team member
- Click the + Add Team Member button at the top of the roster.
- Fill in the new member's details and save.
- Their card appears on the roster right away, ready to be assigned to events.
Reorder the roster by dragging
The order of the cards is yours to control - put your most-booked performers first, group by act type, whatever helps you scan fastest. Just drag any card anywhere on the grid and drop it where you want it. The page even reminds you: "drag anywhere to reorder." The order saves automatically.
Read availability at a glance
Each member card carries an availability state, and the legend at the top explains the three colors:
- Available - free to be booked.
- Partial - available for part of the time.
- Unavailable - not bookable right now.
This makes the roster your fastest answer to "who can take this gig?" without opening anyone's calendar.
Email a member in one click
Every card has a Send Email action, so you can fire off a quick message without leaving the roster. Need to find someone first? Use the Search box - handy once your roster grows past a screenful.
Rename what you call your team
If "Employees" doesn't fit your business, change it. This is an admin-only setting:
- Go to Settings > General.
- Find the Team terminology section. It is a singular/plural label picker - choose a preset like DJs or Talent, or type your own custom label.
- Click Save Terminology.

The rename applies hub-wide: the menu entry and the roster page itself pick up your new label everywhere. So if you run a DJ agency, the page becomes "DJs" across the whole app - for you and your team.
A quick tip
The roster is also the doorway to two deeper areas: click any member's card to open their full record (wages, pay history, time off, and more), and use the Manage Team button to control logins, roles, and permissions. Both have their own articles in this folder.
