Bring your own lead-finding keys and connect LinkedIn outreach

Modified on Sat, 11 Jul at 10:29 AM

Lead finding in KM Hub runs on shared provider accounts out of the box, with the cost shown before each run. If you already pay for a lead-data provider, you can plug in your own API key and runs go through your account instead - so KM Hub has nothing to bill you for that provider's usage. The same page also connects LinkedIn outreach, so invites and DMs can go out from your own LinkedIn account.

Bring your own lead-finding keys

  1. Go to Settings > Connect > Integrations and scroll to the Lead sources card.
  2. Each provider row shows a Shared account badge, meaning runs currently use KM Hub's account with the cost shown before each run. The providers listed are Apollo, Hunter, AnyMailFinder, Snov.io, Tavily (research), and Brave (search).
  3. Click Add your key next to any provider and paste the API key from your own account with that provider.

From then on, lead finding for that provider runs on your own account. You pay the provider directly under whatever plan you have with them, and KM Hub stops metering that provider's usage to your account.

Connect LinkedIn outreach

LinkedIn outreach sends connection invites and DMs from your own LinkedIn account, with the drafts written for you and waiting for your approval.

  1. On the same Integrations page, scroll to the LinkedIn Outreach card.
  2. Enter your LinkedIn email and LinkedIn password. Your login is stored securely and used only to connect your LinkedIn for outreach.
  3. Click Connect LinkedIn. Setup is a manual verification that usually completes within 24 hours.
  • If your account uses two-factor authentication, the team will reach out to complete the one-time code together.
  • Nothing sends until your workspace is Live (the go-live switch in Settings > General), and the service enforces its own daily safety limits so your LinkedIn account stays healthy.

Where LinkedIn messages show up

Drafted LinkedIn invites and DMs land on the Work Board alongside your email drafts. Each card carries a channel badge - Email, LinkedIn, or WhatsApp-SMS - so you can tell at a glance which channel a draft will go out on. Review, edit if you like, then approve; nothing fires without your say-so unless you've granted autopilot for that gate.
