Connecting Google Calendar lets KM Hub see your real availability, so every quote and hold is checked against dates you are actually free and quotes never double-book. The basic connection is read-only: KM Hub never changes anything in your Google Calendar unless you explicitly turn on two-way sync with write access.
Connect your Google account
- Go to Settings > Connect > Integrations and scroll to the Google Calendar card.
- Click Connect Google Calendar.
- Sign in with the Google account that owns the calendar you want to sync and grant access. The default connection is read-only access to your calendars.

Getting past "Google hasn't verified this app"
During sign-in, Google may show a warning screen that says the app isn't verified. This appears while an app is going through Google's review process and does not change what KM Hub can access. To continue:
- On the warning screen, click Advanced.
- Click the Go to link at the bottom of the expanded text.
- Review the requested permissions and click Allow (or Continue).
You only see this screen once, during the initial connection.
Choose calendars and import your events
- Once connected, use the Calendars to import checklist to pick which of your Google calendars KM Hub should pull from, then click Save selection.
- Click Import events. Events with an external guest become bookings linked to that client; everything else lands as an inquiry you can triage.
- Come back anytime and click Sync now to pull new events. Already-imported events are never duplicated.
Turn on two-way sync (push bookings to Google)
By default the sync is Import only. If you also want your confirmed KM Hub bookings to appear in Google Calendar:
- In the Google Calendar card, switch the sync radio from Import only to Two-way.
- Click Connect with write access and approve the extra permission in Google. This is the only mode where KM Hub writes to your calendar.
- Pick the target calendar in the Push bookings to select.
- Click Push bookings to Google now to push immediately instead of waiting for the next sync.
Outlook and Microsoft 365
The Outlook / Microsoft 365 card sits right below Google Calendar and works the same way: connect your Microsoft account, choose a default calendar, and optionally enable two-way sync to push confirmed bookings back to Outlook. If the card shows a "not configured" state, the Microsoft connection isn't set up on the server side yet - contact support and we'll sort it out.
Disconnecting
Click Disconnect in the calendar card at any time. Events already imported into KM Hub stay where they are; KM Hub simply stops syncing.
