Chat with your AI COO on WhatsApp or Telegram

Modified on Sat, 11 Jul at 10:29 AM

Your AI COO doesn't have to live inside the app. Link WhatsApp or Telegram once and you can ask it anything from your phone - "who is available Tuesday?", "what events do we have this weekend?" - and get an answer grounded in your real bookings, clients, and invoices.

Link WhatsApp

  1. Go to Settings > Connect > Integrations and find the WhatsApp card at the top of the page.
  2. Click Connect WhatsApp. A pairing view opens with a QR code that rotates every so often - if it refreshes mid-scan, just scan the new one. There's a Cancel button if you change your mind.
  3. On your phone, open WhatsApp and go to Settings > Linked Devices > Link a device, then scan the QR code on your screen.
  4. Once the card shows the connected state, open your own Message yourself chat in WhatsApp and ask the COO anything.

Your messages stay private

KM Hub only reads your own "Message yourself" chat - the one where you talk to yourself. Your conversations with clients, friends, and family are never read. If you ever want to unlink, click Disconnect on the WhatsApp card (or remove the linked device from WhatsApp on your phone).

Use Telegram instead (or as well)

Telegram is even quicker because there's nothing to pair:

  1. On the same Integrations page, find the Telegram card.
  2. Click Open @Km_hub_bot. Telegram opens straight to the KM Hub bot.
  3. Start the chat and just ask - "what events do we have this weekend?", "who is available Friday?".

What can you ask?

The COO on WhatsApp and Telegram is the same Second-in-Command you chat with inside KM Hub. It can look up your clients, bookings, invoices, quotes, and inquiries and answer in plain language. Typical questions:

  • "Who is available Tuesday?"
  • "What events do we have this weekend?"
  • "Show overdue payments"
  • "Summarize activity for this client"

Answers come from your live data, so what you see on your phone matches what you'd see in the app.
