Connect the Gmail account you already use and KM Hub sends email as you - your real address, your real account. Every message lands in your own Gmail Sent folder just as if you had typed it there, and replies flow into KM Hub so you can answer without switching apps. The connection takes a couple of minutes.
Using Outlook or Microsoft 365?
The one-click email connection currently covers Gmail and Google Workspace accounts. If your business runs on Outlook, you can still send from your own address by verifying your sending domain - see Send email from your own address in this folder. Your messages go out under your own domain either way.
Connect your Gmail
- Open Settings, then Your Account, and click the Email Domain tab.
- Scroll to the Gmail card.
- Click Connect Gmail sending. A Google sign-in window opens - choose the account you want KM Hub to send from and approve the access. This is a standard Google OAuth connection, so KM Hub never sees or stores your password.
You may also see a Connect email banner at the top of KM Hub inviting you to do this - it leads to the same place.
Choose how outbound email is sent
Once Gmail is connected, the Gmail card shows a Send outbound email via picker with two transports:
- Your Gmail: messages are sent through your own Google account. They come from your exact address and appear in your own Sent folder, so your records outside KM Hub stay complete.
- Resend domain: messages are sent through your verified sending domain instead. Pick this if you'd rather keep KM Hub's sending separate from your personal account - just make sure your domain is verified first (see Emails landing in spam? Verify your domain).
You can switch between the two at any time.
Read and answer replies in Mail
When clients reply, you don't need to leave KM Hub. Open Clients > Mail to work from the built-in email client over your connected mailbox, with folders like Inbox, Sent, Starred, Archive, and Trash. From there you can read, reply, star, archive, and compose new messages with attachments.

Reconnect or disconnect
- Reconnect: if the Google connection ever expires or stops working, the Gmail card shows a Reconnect button - click it and approve access again.
- Disconnect: you can disconnect your Gmail at any time from the same card. KM Hub stops sending through your Google account the moment you do, and you can reconnect whenever you like.
