Build your pricing catalog: packages, add-ons, and option groups

Your pricing catalog is the single source of truth for what you sell. Build it once on the Packages page and it powers everything downstream: your quotes, your proposals, and your instant-quote and book-now flows all pull packages and prices straight from this catalog, so you never retype a price again.

Where to find it

Open Operations > Packages. The page has two tabs: Packages & Options (your core catalog) and Global Add-ons.

Add a package

A package is a complete service with a base price. When you add a package to a quote or proposal, it is always included - it is the foundation the client builds on.

1. Click New package.
2. Give it a name and a short description clients will understand.
3. Set the price.
4. Save. The package appears in your catalog and is ready to drop into quotes and proposals.

Add options and group them

Options are choices the client picks between, layered on top of a package. Each option has a name, description, price, an optional option group, and a Default flag.

• Same option group: options that share a group name are mutually exclusive - the client picks exactly one. For example, put "1 performer" and "2 performers" in the same group.
• Blank group: an option with no group is a standalone yes/no add - the client simply takes it or leaves it.
• Default flag: mark one option as the default so it is pre-selected when the group is offered.

Click New option to add one, then fill in the same fields as a package plus the group and Default flag.

Active vs Draft

Every catalog item has a status. Active items are available to clients through your quotes and booking flows. Keep an item in Draft while you are still working on its pricing or copy - it stays in your catalog but out of client view. Toggle the status whenever you are ready.

Import your catalog from a CSV

Already have a pricing sheet? Skip the manual entry.

1. Click Import CSV at the top of the Packages page. The Import Packages modal opens.
2. Upload your file. Headers are mapped automatically, and you get a preview before anything is saved.
3. To bring add-ons in with each package, include an Add-ons column using the format Name:Price; Name:Price - each pair becomes an add-on attached to that row's package.
4. Confirm the import. Rows are inserted in chunks, and packages that already exist are skipped so you can safely re-run an import.

Remove an item

To retire something you no longer sell, use the Delete control on the item. If you might bring it back later, consider flipping it to Draft instead so the pricing history stays handy.

Where your catalog shows up

Once your packages and options are in place, they feed four surfaces automatically: the Quote Builder (pull packages into priced quotes), Proposals (drop packages into proposal blocks), and your public instant-quote and book-now flows, where clients pick between the options you grouped here. Update a price in the catalog and every new quote or booking uses the new number.
