Customize your dashboard: add, resize, and arrange widgets

Your KM Hub dashboard is a widget grid you control. Add the tiles that matter to your business, size them, arrange them, and remove the rest - so the first screen you see every morning answers your actual questions.

Add a widget

1. Open the Dashboard at hub.kivimedia.co/?page=dashboard.
2. Click the Add Widget button. A picker modal opens with a search box and widgets grouped by category.
3. Search or browse, then add the widget you want. It appears on the grid immediately.

Arrange and resize

• Move: drag a widget to a new position on the grid.
• Resize: use the widget's span control to set it to 1, 2, or 3 columns wide. Give the widgets you check most the wider spans.
• Remove: click the remove button on any widget you no longer need. Removing a widget never deletes data - it just leaves your dashboard.
• Start over: the Reset layout action puts the dashboard back to its default arrangement.

The 22 available widgets

You can mix and match from the full catalog: AI Briefing, Weekly Focus, Today's Events, Pipeline, Revenue, Set Aside for Tax, Income Goal, Booking Info Inbox, To-Do, Activity Feed, Upcoming Payments, Quick Contacts, Recent Documents, Unread Emails, Top Venues, This Week, Employee Availability, Monthly Goals, Music Stats, Admin Messages, and Inquiry Sources.

A few pairings worth trying:

• Money at a glance: Revenue, Upcoming Payments, and Income Goal side by side.
• Today's operations: Today's Events, To-Do, and This Week.
• Growth watch: Pipeline, Booking Info Inbox, and Inquiry Sources.

Widgets are live, not just pretty

Most widgets link into the app. Click a row in Today's Events and the full event detail page opens for that booking. Widgets with longer lists include a View all link to the underlying page, and if a widget ever fails to load, it shows a Retry button instead of leaving you guessing.

Tips

• Solo performers often lean on Set Aside for Tax and Income Goal, which are fed by the targets you set in Settings.
• Agencies tend to add Employee Availability and Admin Messages so the whole operation is visible at a glance.
• Less is more: a dashboard of six or eight well-chosen widgets reads faster than one with all 22.
