You can run your public KM Hub pages on your own domain, like hub.yourbusiness.com, so everything clients see carries your brand. Don't own a domain or don't want to touch DNS? Claim a free yourname.kmhub.co address instead - it works instantly.
Where to find it
Go to Settings > Your Account and open the Custom Domain tab in the Account & Domain tab bar.

Connect your own domain
- Type the domain you want to connect (a subdomain like hub.yourdomain.com, or your root domain) into the Domain to connect field and click Check my domain.
- KM Hub detects who hosts your DNS and shows a card with guided steps for that host. Depending on the host you'll see One-click available, Guided setup, or Manual setup.
- If the page shows a "Do not change DNS yet" warning, the domain isn't resolving yet - hold off on changes until the check completes.
- Add the DNS record shown in the record card (Type, Name, Value) at your DNS host. Every value has a copy button, so you can paste it exactly.
- Back in KM Hub, click "I've added it - connect & verify".
- While the status reads "Waiting for DNS - checking automatically", KM Hub keeps rechecking on its own. DNS changes can take a little while to propagate; you can click Check now to recheck immediately.
- If verification fails, click Retry after double-checking the record at your host.
- When everything lines up, the status flips to Active - SSL issued. Your domain is live with its own SSL certificate, nothing else to do.
Claim a free kmhub.co address instead
If you'd rather skip DNS entirely, use the Use a free KM Hub address card at the bottom of the tab:
- Click Get my free address.
- You instantly get a yourname.kmhub.co subdomain - no DNS records, no waiting.
This is the fastest path to a branded-enough address, and you can always connect a full custom domain later.
Removing a domain
Once a domain shows Active - SSL issued, a Remove domain button appears. Removing it disconnects the domain from KM Hub; your data and pages are untouched, they just stop being served on that address.
