The Booking Info Inbox is where AI-parsed enquiries wait for your review. When an enquiry email arrives, KM Hub reads it and extracts the details - who's asking, the event, the venue - into a draft card. You skim the card, fix anything the AI got wrong, and accept it to create a lead, instead of copying details out of emails by hand.

Reviewing a draft card
Each enquiry appears as a card with the details the AI extracted. Every card gives you three choices:
- Accept - creates a lead (or booking) from the extracted details.
- Edit extraction - correct any field the AI misread before you accept. This is the move when the AI got the date or venue slightly wrong.
- Dismiss - clears the draft when it isn't a real enquiry.
If the same sender has written more than once, you'll see a Repeat chip on the card, so you know these messages belong to the same conversation and can avoid creating duplicates.
Finding the enquiry you need
When the queue gets busy, three tools narrow it down:
- Search - matches on sender, subject, name, or venue.
- Confidence pills - filter to All, High, Medium, or Low confidence. High-confidence drafts are usually safe to accept quickly; Low-confidence drafts deserve a closer look before accepting.
- Sort - order the queue by Newest first, Confidence high-to-low, or Confidence low-to-high.
Handling drafts in bulk
You don't have to click through cards one at a time:
- Use the Select all checkbox (or tick individual cards) - a bulk toolbar appears.
- Choose Accept as leads to convert the whole selection, or Dismiss to clear them.
- Click Clear to drop the selection without acting on it.
A practical combo: filter to High confidence, select all, and accept the batch in one click - then work the Medium and Low drafts individually.
Housekeeping controls
- Refresh - pulls in the latest parsed enquiries.
- Inbox settings - jumps to Settings, where your inbox address and auto-create rules live (see the article on setting up your AI booking inbox address).
- Show/Hide recently handled - toggle whether drafts you already accepted or dismissed stay visible, useful when you want to double-check something you just processed.
Made a mistake? You can undo
If you accepted or dismissed something you shouldn't have, the AI activity log has your back - you can undo the action from there rather than rebuilding anything by hand.
