The LeadIQ Cockpit puts your entire sales day on one screen: what's due today, which deals have stalled with no next step, whether enquiries are waiting in your inbox, and which contacts look like duplicates. Instead of hopping between five pages every morning, you open the cockpit and work top to bottom.

Today's tasks: due and overdue next-actions
The heart of the cockpit is the list of next-actions that are due or overdue today. Each row is a lead with a promised next step - a call to make, an email to send, a follow-up you scheduled. Quick actions sit right on each row, so you handle the item where you see it instead of navigating away. Clear this list and your day's committed follow-ups are done.
Deals with no next step
A deal without a scheduled next step is a deal that silently stalls. The cockpit surfaces every deal in that state and gives each one an Add next step button. Click it, schedule the follow-up, and the deal is back in motion - it will show up in your due list on the right day instead of quietly aging in the pipeline.
A good habit: after clearing today's tasks, sweep this section until it's empty. If every deal always has a next step, nothing ever falls through the cracks.
The inbox waiting banner
When AI-parsed enquiries are sitting unreviewed in your Booking Info Inbox, the cockpit shows a banner so new business never waits behind your follow-up work. It's one click from the banner straight to the Inbox to review and accept them.
Duplicate contacts
The cockpit also flags contact records that look like duplicates of each other, with merge hints on each row. Resolving these keeps your outreach clean - you don't want two half-complete records of the same person, or worse, the same lead being followed up twice.
Jumping to the full pages
Every row in the cockpit links out to the relevant full page - Tasks, Pipeline, Inbox, or Contacts - so when an item needs more than a quick action, you land exactly where the deeper work happens.
A suggested daily routine
- Open the LeadIQ Cockpit first thing.
- Clear today's due and overdue next-actions using the quick actions.
- Check the inbox waiting banner and review any new enquiries.
- Give every no-next-step deal a next step.
- Resolve any duplicate-contact hints.
Fifteen focused minutes here most mornings keeps your whole pipeline honest.
