The Calendar is your one org-wide view of everything on the books. Open it from Operations > Calendar to see every event at a glance, switch between five different views, control exactly what each event card displays, and reschedule an event just by dragging it to a new day.
Five ways to view your schedule
Use the view tabs at the top right of the calendar to switch between:
- Year - the big picture, great for spotting busy seasons.
- Month - the default grid, one cell per day.
- Week - a closer look at the next seven days.
- Day - everything happening on a single date.
- List - your events as a simple chronological list.
To move around, use the Prev and Next arrows to step backward or forward, and click Today at any time to jump straight back to the current date.

Choose what each event card shows
Click the display settings gear next to the view tabs to open a popover with seven toggles. Turn each one on or off to control what appears on every event card:
- Event Title
- Time
- Venue
- Performer/Employee
- Status Color
- Event Type
- Balance - the outstanding amount on the event
A minimal setup (title and time only) keeps a packed month readable, while turning everything on gives you a full briefing without opening a single event.
Reading the status colors
The legend chips above the calendar show what each color means: Lead, Contract, Booked, and Performed. With the Status Color toggle on, every event card is tinted by its stage, so you can tell confirmed work from open leads in one glance.
Reschedule by dragging
Moving an event to a new date takes one motion:
- Find the event card on the calendar.
- Drag it onto the new day.
- Drop it. The change saves immediately - no confirmation dialog needed.
If the save fails for any reason, you will see a toast message and the event stays on its original date, so nothing is ever silently lost.
Quick actions on an event
Each event card offers context actions so you can work without leaving the calendar:
- Edit - change the event's details.
- Duplicate - copy the event, handy for recurring gigs with the same client or venue.
- Cancel - cancel the event.
Clicking the event itself opens its full Event Detail page, where you can manage everything about the booking.
