Stop playing email ping-pong to find a meeting time. The Scheduling page lets you create meeting types - like a "15-min consult" - each with its own public link. A prospect opens the link, picks a real open slot on your calendar, and the confirmed meeting lands on your KM Hub calendar automatically (and pushes to Google Calendar when connected).
Create a meeting type
- Go to Marketing > Scheduling (on the Inbound side, in the Scheduling tab).
- Click New meeting type.
- Fill in the inline editor: give the meeting a name (something clear like "15-min consult"), set the duration, and define your availability - the windows when prospects are allowed to book you.
You can create as many meeting types as you need - a short intro call, a longer planning session, a venue walkthrough - each with its own duration and availability.

Share the public link
Every meeting type gets its own copyable public link (it looks like /meet/:id). Click the copy button next to the type and paste the link wherever prospects will find it - your email signature and your website are the two highest-value spots.
You never have to worry about the link overselling your time. Slots shown to prospects respect your weekly hours, your existing bookings, your blocked dates, and your buffers - and two people can never grab the same time.
What happens when someone books
- The prospect picks an open slot from your public page.
- The slot becomes a confirmed meeting on your KM Hub calendar - no approval step, no back-and-forth.
- If your Google Calendar is connected (see the Integrations page), the meeting pushes there too, so your whole schedule stays in one place.
Retire a meeting type
When you no longer offer a meeting type, delete it from the Scheduling page. Keep the list short and current so every link you have floating around still points at something you actually want booked.
