Your data is yours. The Export Data page turns anything in KM Hub into a downloadable file - 32 report types across events, clients, money, team, and venues - and lets you save the setups you run every month as one-click templates.
Where to find it
- Go to Settings, switch to the Connect tab, and click Export Data.
- Or open it directly: https://hub.kivimedia.co/?page=export-data.

Run an export
- Pick the reports you want from the category list: Events (8 reports, including All Events, Events by Status, Events by Type, Events by Performer, Events by Venue, Event Timeline, Event Revenue, and Cancelled Events), Clients (6 reports), Financial (8 reports), Employees (6 reports), and Venues (4 reports).
- In the Export Options panel, choose a format: XLSX, CSV, or PDF. XLSX and CSV are best when you want to work with the data in a spreadsheet; PDF is best for sharing a finished report.
- Set the Date Range. It applies to date-based reports - events, invoices, payments, expenses, and new clients. Tip: if you're exporting history you just imported from another system, widen the range beyond the default so older records are included.
- Run the export and download your file.
Preview before you download
Not sure what a report contains? Click the eye icon on any report to see a live sample of your actual data in the preview panel before you commit to the export.
Save your setup as a template
If you run the same combination every month (say, event revenue plus payments plus new clients for a board meeting), you don't have to rebuild it each time:
- Pick your reports and options as usual.
- Use Save as Custom Template and give it a name, for example "Monthly board pack".
- Your template appears in the Saved Reports list, ready to run again with one click.
Recent Exports
The Recent Exports list keeps a record of the exports you've already run, so you can confirm what was generated and when - useful when you're handing files to an accountant and can't remember whether you already pulled this month's numbers.
