Settings > General walkthrough: business info, timezone, currency, and layout

Settings > General is where you tell KM Hub who your business is: your organization's name and contact details, the timezone and currency everything runs on, the business description that grounds the AI, and a layout toggle that lets you rearrange tabs across the hub. Five minutes here keeps every other page in KM Hub accurate.

Open Settings > General

1. Click the Settings gear at the bottom of the left sidebar.
2. With the Account view selected, choose Your Account.
3. In the Account & Domain tab strip at the top of the page, click General (it sits right next to My Profile).

Organization Info: your business identity

These fields describe your brand across the hub. Fill in each one so KM Hub always has the right details on hand:

• Organization Name: the business name you operate under.
• Email Address: your main business email.
• Phone: the number clients should reach you on.
• Website: your public site.
• Address: your business address.
• Logo URL: a direct link to a hosted image of your logo.

Localization: timezone and currency

Just below Organization Info you'll find two selects that set the ground rules for dates and money:

• Timezone: pick your zone from the list of 11 supported timezones. Choose the zone where you actually run your events so times line up everywhere.
• Currency: choose from USD, CAD, GBP, EUR, AUD, or ILS. This is the currency your brand works in.

When you finish editing Organization Info or Localization, click Save Changes to apply your edits.

About your business: teach the AI who you are

Further down the tab is the About your business text box. Whatever you write here grounds the Weekly Sit-Down, KM Hub's AI interview about your business, so the questions and suggestions you get are based on your real situation rather than generic assumptions. Describe what you do, who you serve, and anything the AI should keep in mind, then click its Save button. The richer the description, the sharper the AI's understanding.

Customize tab layout: arrange pages your way

In the Layout section, turn on the Customize tab layout toggle. Once it's on, a floating pencil button appears on tabbed pages throughout KM Hub. Click the pencil on any of those pages to customize that page's tab layout, so the tabs you use most are where you want them. If you'd rather keep the pencil out of the way, flip the toggle off and it disappears.

General doubles as the control room for your whole brand. Alongside the sections above you'll also find org-wide switches such as the email go-live control, the Autopilot Center, team terminology, Solo Mode, the AI Trust Level, and the payment reminders switch.
