Newsletters in KM Hub let you design a polished email campaign with a drag-block builder, test it before it goes out, and send it to a saved audience segment or your whole list. This article walks the full journey: build, preview, test, A/B, schedule, and then read the results.
Where to find Newsletters
Open the Clients area from the left sidebar, then click Newsletters under Nurture & Reputation. You land on the Compose & Send tab, with sibling tabs for Newsletter Planner, Subscribers, and Segments. Click New Newsletter to start.

A quick note: if you don't see Newsletters in your sidebar, your brand may be in Solo Mode, which hides agency tools like newsletters. You can switch modes in Settings.
Build your newsletter
- Click New Newsletter. You can start from scratch or pick a design from the template gallery.
- Drag blocks into the canvas to build your layout. The builder is block-based, so you assemble the email from stackable pieces rather than fighting a text editor.
- Fill in the subject, preheader, and from-name fields. The preheader is the short preview text readers see next to the subject in their inbox, so treat it as a second headline.
Save your design as a template
If you build a layout you'll want again, use Save as template. Saved templates appear in the gallery for future newsletters, and the template keeps a usage note so you know what it's for.
Preview, send a test, and run the spam check
- Use Preview to see the newsletter rendered with sample data, so merge fields look the way a real reader will see them.
- Use Send test to email a copy to an address of your choice. Always read the test on a real device before the real send.
- Open the spam check panel. It reviews your newsletter for things that can hurt inbox placement, so fix anything it flags before sending.
A/B test your subject line
Not sure which subject will get more opens? Set up an A/B test with a second test subject line. KM Hub sends both variants and records how each performs. After the send, open the A/B test results view to see which subject won, and use that lesson on your next campaign.
Choose the audience and schedule the send
- Pick who receives the newsletter: a saved audience segment or your whole list. Segments are built on the Segments tab, so if you want a targeted send, define the segment first.
- Choose Schedule and pick the date and time, including the timezone from the timezone select, or send right away.
Read your analytics
Once the newsletter is out, the analytics view shows opens and clicks so you can see what landed and what got ignored. Combined with the A/B results, this is how each send makes the next one better.
One deliverability tip
Before your first real campaign, verify a sending domain under Settings so your newsletters authenticate correctly and land in inboxes instead of spam. You can even assign a domain specifically to newsletter sending there.
