The Subscribers page gives you a copy-paste signup form for your website and a clean, permission-based list of everyone who joins. Because signups are double opt-in, everyone on the list actively confirmed they want your emails - which protects your deliverability and keeps you on the right side of anti-spam rules.
Where to find it
Open the Clients area from the left sidebar, click Newsletters, then switch to the Subscribers tab.

Put the signup form on your website
- Scroll to the Embed signup form card.
- Click Copy to grab the HTML snippet. It's a small, self-contained form with an email field and a Subscribe button, styled to look good anywhere.
- Paste it into your website wherever you want the form to appear - a footer, a landing page, a blog sidebar.
The snippet is safe to paste publicly. Your organization id inside it is just an audience pointer, not a secret: the endpoint validates the organization, rate-limits repeat attempts, and never confirms anyone automatically, so a leaked id can't be used to spam-subscribe other people.
How double opt-in works
- A visitor enters their email in your form and clicks Subscribe.
- They appear on your Subscribers page with a Pending status and receive a confirmation email.
- Only after they click the confirmation link do they become Confirmed.
Confirmed subscribers are the people you can then use as a newsletter audience. If someone opts out later, they show as Unsubscribed.
Manage your list
- Status filters: switch between All, Confirmed, Pending, and Unsubscribed to see exactly where each person stands. Each chip shows a live count.
- Add a subscriber: you can add someone manually when they've given you permission another way, for example on a paper form at an event.
- Remove a subscriber: take someone off the list at any time.
Why the pending count matters
If you see signups stuck in Pending, those people never clicked their confirmation email. That's normal for a portion of signups - but if almost nobody confirms, check that your confirmation emails aren't landing in spam, and consider verifying a sending domain in Settings.
