If you paid for the $1 trial and can't get into KM Hub, your money and your account are almost certainly fine - the fix is usually one of the quick checks below. Work through them in order; most people are logged in within two minutes.
1. Confirm the checkout actually finished
When you complete payment, Stripe sends you back to KM Hub, the app refreshes your billing status, and a confirmation message appears on screen. If you closed the tab mid-checkout or clicked back, the return shows the checkout was cancelled and no subscription was created.
- Search your email for a Stripe receipt. A receipt means the $1 payment went through.
- No receipt? The checkout likely didn't complete. Start it again and let the page return you to KM Hub before closing anything.
2. Log in with the exact email you used at checkout
Your KM Hub account is tied to the email address you entered when you signed up. Go to https://hub.kivimedia.co and sign in with that same address. A very common cause of "can't log in" is paying with one email and trying to sign in with another (work vs personal, or a small typo at checkout).
3. The confirmation email never arrived
Email can lag or get filtered, so before anything else:
- Check your spam or junk folder, and the Promotions tab if you use Gmail.
- Search your inbox for "KM Hub".
- Give it a few minutes - some mail providers delay new senders.
The fastest recovery is the password-reset link on the login screen. Enter your email and request a reset: if the reset email arrives, your account exists and you can set a password and log straight in. This works even if the original welcome email never showed up.
4. The reset email never comes either
If no reset email arrives at all, the account probably lives under a different address than the one you're typing - a typo at checkout, or a different email used for payment versus signup. Submit a ticket from this help center and include your Stripe receipt (or the email address on it). We'll locate the account and get you in.
Once you're in: check your trial status
Open Settings and look at the Subscription tab - the status card shows how many trial days you have left before your first full charge on day 14. For the full picture of plans and billing, see the article "How billing works: your $1 trial, monthly plan, and day-14 charge" in the Billing & Money section.
