Everything about getting people into KM Hub lives in three places: the login screen, the Team Management panel, and your profile. This article covers all three, including what each of the four roles can see and do.
Logging in
- Go to https://hub.kivimedia.co.
- Enter your email and password and sign in.
Use the email address your account was created with - if a teammate added you, that's the address they entered in the add-member form.
Reset your password
Forgot your password? Use the password-reset link on the login screen: enter your email, open the reset email, and set a new password. If you're a team member and the email doesn't arrive, ask your org admin - admins can reset any member's password directly from the Team Management panel (see below).
Add a team member
Adding people is done from the Team Management panel, opened from the team roster page.
- Go to https://hub.kivimedia.co/?page=employees.
- Open the Team Management panel.
- Fill in the add-member form: Full name, Email, Phone, and a Password (minimum 8 characters).
- Pick a role (details below) and add them.
That's it - they can sign in immediately at hub.kivimedia.co with that email and password.

The four roles
- Admin: full access to everything, including settings and team management.
- Manager: sees all events, with limited access to settings.
- Coordinator: works with events and schedules.
- Talent: sees only their own events - ideal for performers and crew who just need their gigs.
Pick the smallest role that covers what the person needs. You can change it any time.
Manage existing members
From the same Team Management panel you can:
- Edit a member's email, name, phone, or role, and reset their password.
- Deactivate a member to remove their access without deleting any of their data - and Reactivate them later if they return.
Logging out
Open Settings > My Profile and use the Log out button, or click your avatar in the top-right corner and choose Sign Out.
