Click any row on the Events page and you land on the Event Detail page - the full workspace for that one booking. Everything about the event lives here, organized into 13 tabs, so you never have to hunt across the app for a contract, a payment, or a client note.
The 13 tabs at a glance
- Details - the core facts of the booking.
- Financials - Total Cost, Deposit, Amount Paid, and Balance Due, plus a Create Invoice button.
- Documents - files and contracts attached to this event.
- Emails - the email history for this booking.
- Planning - the event's planning form.
- Music - song and music requests for the event.
- Timeline - the run-of-show timeline.
- Crew - crew assignments for the booking.
- Employees - your team members on this event (this tab carries your organization's team label).
- Activity - a log of what has happened on the booking.
- Notes - Internal Notes and Client Notes fields.
- Contacts - the people attached to this event.
- Portal - the client-facing portal side of the booking.
One thing to know: the Crew and Employees tabs are hidden when your account runs in Solo Mode, since they only matter when you have a team.
Editing the booking
Click Edit to open the edit slide-over. From there you can change the date and time, venue, event type, guest count, status, contact phone, and more - without leaving the page.
Money at a glance
The Financials tab is your single source of truth for the booking's money: Total Cost, Deposit, Amount Paid, and Balance Due. When it's time to bill, hit Create Invoice right from this tab. To log a payment the client made, use Record Payment - see the article "Record a payment on a booking" for the full walkthrough.
Reaching your client without leaving the event
- Send Email opens a panel with Send To, Recipient Name, Subject, and Body fields, so you can write and send in place.
- Send Contract sends the contract for this booking and confirms with a toast when it's on its way.
Staying organized on the booking
Every event has its own to-do add box, so you can jot down tasks tied to this specific booking. The Notes tab keeps two lanes separate: Internal Notes for your team's eyes only, and Client Notes for notes related to the client.
For teams and agencies
If you run in agency mode, the Crew tab is where you manage crew assignments for the event, including the comp sheet that tracks compensation for the people working it. The Planning and Music tabs are where you or your client fill in the planning form and music requests, so the day-of details are all in one place.
