KM Hub ships with a lot of features, and not every business needs all of them. The Feature Visibility page lets you hide anything you do not use, so your sidebar shows only the tools that matter to you. Hiding is cosmetic: no data is deleted, and you can bring any feature back at any time.
Hide or show a feature
- Open hub.kivimedia.co/?page=feature-visibility.
- Browse the catalog of features, each with its own hide/show toggle.
- Flip a toggle off. That item disappears from your sidebar immediately.
- Changed your mind? Come back and flip it on again. Everything the feature stored is exactly where you left it.

Hide features by talking to the AI
You do not have to visit the page at all. Open the AI assistant on any screen and use plain language:
- "hide equipment" - removes that item from your navigation
- "show equipment" - brings it back
- "reset sidebar" - restores the default navigation in one command
The assistant applies the change directly, so this is often the fastest way to tidy up mid-task.
Suggestions from the AI Setup Interview
When you run the AI Setup Interview, its result summary includes a list of features it thinks you will not need, based on what you told it about your business. Each suggestion comes with its own toggle, so you can apply or skip them one by one. A solo magician, for example, might accept hiding the roster tools while keeping everything about bookings and payments.
Good to know
- Hiding a feature affects navigation visibility - it is a decluttering tool, not a permissions tool. If you want to control what team members can do, use roles instead.
- Solo Mode (Settings > General) is a broader version of the same idea: it hides the whole agency toolset in one switch. Feature Visibility gives you finer control on top of whichever mode you run.
- If you cannot find a page you remember, check this list first - it may simply be hidden. The Command Palette (Ctrl+K) is another quick way to confirm a page still exists.
