The Events page is home base for every booking in KM Hub. It shows all of your events as a pipeline, lets you find any booking in seconds, and gives you bulk tools so you can update, email, or send contracts to many events at once instead of one at a time.

Reading the pipeline
Your bookings are organized into pipeline stage columns, so you always know where each event stands. The stages are yours to shape: click Customize to rename a stage, add a new one, reorder the columns, or delete a stage you no longer need. This is the same set of stages you pick from when you change an event's status.
Finding an event fast
Type into the Search events box to filter the list as you go. When you're done, hit Clear to bring everything back. If you want to jump straight into a booking, click its row - that opens the full Event Detail page with all 13 tabs.
Working on many events at once
Every row has a checkbox, and there's a select-all checkbox that selects the rows currently visible. As soon as you select one or more events, the bulk toolbar appears showing how many are selected, along with four actions:
- Change Status - move every selected event to a pipeline stage you pick. Great for clearing out a batch of inquiries or confirming several bookings after a busy weekend.
- Email All - send an email to the clients on all selected events in one pass.
- Send Contract - send contracts out to every selected booking.
- Delete - a soft delete. Deleted events are set to a cancelled status rather than being wiped from your records, so your history stays intact.
The per-event menu
Each row also has its own menu for actions on a single booking:
- Duplicate - creates a copy of the event. Handy for repeat clients or recurring gigs where most details stay the same.
- Delete - the same soft delete as the bulk action, for just this event.
- Send Email, Send Contract, and Record Payment - each of these opens the Event Detail page with the matching panel already open, so you land exactly where you need to be.
Creating a new booking
The + New Event button at the top of the page opens the New Event window, where you fill in the client, date, venue, money details, and more. See the article "Create a new booking: every field in the New Event window" for a full walkthrough.
